12mm x 1.25 pitch male threads to 1/4NPT female threads allows adapting a GM knock sensor onto your Toyota engine. Used successfully to install and tune less expensive, and less failure prone GM style knock sensors onto the 3SGTE, and other toyota engines. The aftermarket GM sensors are limited lifetime warranty sensors typically as well, so if there ever is a problem, it's as simple as going to your local auto parts store and exchanging them with a new one, unlike the Toyota one at over $150. The new price of the GM style sensors vary, but are typically under $40.

Recommended GM sensor by engine:
*3SGTE - BWD pn S8009 with pigtail PT770, or Standard Ignition KS3 with pigtail S550.
