This manifold is truly a drop in replacement for anyone who currently owns a Street Brawler turbo kit built by KO Racing after December 2004. Please contact us if you are unsure of fitment to your kit.
Kits made before 2012 included a 2 bolt 38mm wastegate, and kits made after early 2012 have a v-band 38mm wastegate. If you are unsure which you have, please contact us to help you decide proper wastegate flange. Current production kits use a 38mm v-band or 44-46mm v-band wastegate.
NOTE: Due to the large size of this manifold's runners in order achieve optimal flow to the turbine, there will be fitment issues with surrounding components, and should not be considered as a standard replacement for a stock manifold. This likely includes, but is not limited to: hot-pipes for side mounted intercoolers, heat shielding attached to the cylinder head, lift hook on the engine.
NOTE: This kit and the wastegate location are specific to the Street Brawler kits manufactured after December 2004.
NOTE: The flanges used in the making of this manifold are 3/8-1/2" thick mild steel. All tubing is stainless. T3 outlet flange for turbo.
NOTE: Please allow 12 weeks for manufacture of this manifold.
NOTE: Modification via welding, or use of exhaust heat wrap on the manifold will void any warranty.
