New G series turbos now available!

KO Racing turbo kit for the MR2 and Celica Alltrac/GTFour 3SGTE engines. The Street Brawler G Series Turbo kit was developed as an expansion of the already widely successful versions that have been making and breaking records since 2003. The latest technology from Garrett is available to you in the form of these new turbos with power ratings up to 600+ (at the flywheel). The kit includes a manifold adapter, which is CNC machined from a solid steel billet and bolts to the stock manifold to retain OEM reliability. The other components include a full 3" mandrel bend down pipe with integrated 1.75" diameter wastegate dump tube, with it's own flex section, a 38-40mm external wastegate, all lines, gaskets, and mounting hardware needed to install the kit. These turbos are dual ball bearing, feature the latest billet wheel technology, and are water cooled standard.

What's included:

  • Full 3" downpipe with V band clamp and integrated 1.75” wastegate dump tube (with it’s own flex section)
  • Wideband O2 Port and Plug top and bottom on the downpipe
  • Downpipe support bracket
  • CNC machined steel manifold adapter, with integrated external wastegate port/mount.
  • The adapter and down pipe are coated with a flat black 2000F ceramic thermal barrier coating
  • Precision 40mm or Tial Sport 38mm external wastegate (optionally a 44mm or larger recommended with G30-770 or G30-900)
  • -4AN oil feed line
  • -12AN oil return line
  • -8AN water cooling lines
  • Oil line adapter fittings for the block and oil pan
  • Assorted hoses for connecting the wastegate to a manifold pressure source
  • Assorted hardware (nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, zip ties, etc.)

  • Garrett G series turbo in either G25-550, G25-660, G30-660, G30-770, or G30-900
  • Specs for G25-550 and G25-660
    • Compressor Housing: 3" inlet 2" outlet .70 A/R with turbo speed sensor port
    • Compressor Wheel G25-550: 48mm inducer
    • Compressor Wheel G25-660: 54mm inducer
    • Turbine Housing: .61 A/R or .92 A/R T3 Inlet V-band outlet
    • Turbine Wheel G25: 49mm exducer
  • Specs for G30-660
    • Compressor Housing: 3" inlet 2" outlet .70 A/R with turbo speed sensor port
    • Compressor Wheel G30-660: 54mm inducer
    • Turbine Housing: .82 A/R T31 style or .83 A/R G-30 Stainless Steel, or 1.01 A/R G-30 Stainless Steel
    • Turbine Wheel G30: 55mm exducer
  • Specs for G30-770 and G30-900
    • Compressor Housing: 4" inlet with anti-surge shroud 2" outlet .70 A/R with turbo speed sensor port
    • Compressor Wheel G30-770: 58mm inducer
    • Compressor Wheel G30-900: 62mm inducer
    • Turbine Housing: .82 A/R T31 style or .83 A/R G-30 Stainless Steel, or 1.01 A/R G-30 Stainless Steel
    • Turbine Wheel G30: 55mm exducer

*Note: If ordering the Gen 1, it is necessary to purchase a 2nd gen exhaust manifold for use with this kit.

*Note: If ordering the Gen 4/5, it is necessary to purchase a 3rd gen exhaust manifold for use with this kit.

*Note: Use of heat wrap on this or any ceramic coated part will void any warranty. Heat wrap causes an over-insulation on the outside of the pipe trapping too much heat in the metal itself making it brittle. Heat wrap also tends to trap moisture against the parts which can also lead to uneven heat distribution in the piece and lead to cracking. DO NOT USE HEAT WRAP WITH THIS PRODUCT.
