The cap attachment piece is CNC machined from a solid piece of stainless steel using a 4 axis milling machine for proper cap locking and engagement. We make this piece because we couldn't find one for the OEM caps produced anywhere. Rather than force MR2 owners to start using a different style cap, KO Racing decided to rely on our in house engineering design and manufacturing capability and produce this part ourselves.
Note: Given this is a custom made part, there are several possibilities as to what type of radiator overflow connection, main radiator connection, and turbo water line connection. We can always make a custom part if you request. Some options are listed below, but not all possibilities.
