Brake Lines Goodridge SS Mk2 MR2
KORacing Products » Toyota MR2 MK2 » Suspension & Brakes

Goodridge High Performance Brakeline race-bred street brake lines are constructed from the finest quality hose, consisting of a PTFE inner hose covered by braided stainless steel. The braided stainless steel is then covered by a protective plastic sheathing. In addition to providing a more responsive and firm brake pedal by eliminating the “spongy” feel that often accompanies stock rubber brake lines, High Performance Brakelines are abrasion and corrosion resistant to stay good looking for a long time to come.

Goodridge High Performance Brakeline Kits are direct bolt-on replacements for all of the rubber brake lines in the vehicle’s brake system. To ensure proper fit and easy installation, hose ends and brake line brackets that match the vehicle’s original equipment style are used for each application.

By conforming to all requirements of the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Number 106, Goodridge High Performance Brakelines are U.S. Department of Transportation certified and T.U.V. approved. All Goodridge High Performance Brakelines go through a 9-point Quality Assurance testing process that includes measuring tensile strength and the ability to contain line pressure to 3,000 pounds per square inch.

Goodridge guarantees these lines forever!

NOTE: BRAKES ARE A SAFETY CRITICAL PART OF A MOTOR VEHICLE. Brake components should be installed by a competent mechanic in a professional manner. Any incorrect installation of brake components can cause a major safety problem or an accident. If you are not a competent and qualified mechanic you should not attempt to install these products, but should take the vehicle to a vehicle dealer or competent automotive mechanic for their installation. Disc brake pads and rotors are wear items and as such, should be inspected regularly and replaced as necessary.

I have no idea why Goodridge has two different part numbers for this application, and one of them is more expensive. It can only mean the more expensive ones are better? Availability wise the more expensive set seems to be easier to come by if you're in a hurry.
