67mm turbo

Our prototype kit generated 550whp with a stock ecu and fuel system at 22psi of boost using a 67mm turbo with a p-trim turbine wheel while running race fuel. With AEM engine management, larger fuel system, and tuning, it made 650+whp at 28psi of boost with a conservative tune on race fuel, and an unopenned stock 2JZGTE engine.

The kit includes:

• Precision Turbo and Engine T4 turbo with 61, 67, 72, 74, or 76mm diameter inducer compressor wheels available
• Polished compressor housing standard
• Sleeve bearing or ball bearing center sections available
• Black ceramic coating avaialble for manifold, turbine housing, and downpipe
• Hand Fabricated tubular exhaust manifold (unequal length individual runner design) featuring over 1/10" wall thickness 304 stainless steel piping, 1/2" thick head mating flange, fully TIG welded in house -- guaranteed to not crack
• Tial 44mm wastegate with dump tube dumped to atmosphere or re-routed to the downpipe
• 4" 304SS downpipe and mid-pipe with flanges for the stock o2 sensor and wideband o2 sensors
• 304SS Hot pipe for FMIC -- optional BOV flange welded to this pipe available
• 304SS inlet pipe and hoses to connect to stock MAF meter and idle air control motor
• AN oil feed and return lines with necessary AN adapter for the block and oil pan
• All necessary hoses, clamps, gaskets, and miscellaneous hardware required for installation

All fabricated parts are made in the USA by KO Racing, Inc.

*Note: This kit may not include every part necessary to accomodate every particular installation, especially with regard to the various intercooler setups available. While we will make every effort to accomodate your particular needs, we cannot guarantee that all parts will fit without modification. It will also be necessary to modify several of the stock components including the plastic underbody shields.
