KO Racing is the original maker of the 4th/5th gen 3SGTE downpipes. Accept no substitutes!
The downpipe features 3/8" laser-cut flanges, 2.5" diameter (63.5mm) mandrel bent 16 gauge mild steel aluminzed piping (as of 4/1/2020 new downpipes will be made of 409 stainless steel), wastegate exhaust vent that allows full actuation of the wastegate, 2000 degree ceramic thermal barrier coating for corrosion resistance and thermal insulation from Finishline Coatings. The use of 2.5" pipe and large radius bends provide greatly improved flow. This results in a quicker spool-up of your turbocharger and more power throughout the RPM range. We have fully tested this downpipe and the result is smooth linear boost with no spikes on the Gen4 CT15 turbo.
