17.7psi pump gas tuned on a Gen2 3SGTE with stock cams

KO Racing turbo kit for the MR2 and Celica Alltrac/GTFour 3SGTE engines. The Street Brawler T3/T4 Turbo kit was developed exclusively for the Toyota 3SGTE Engine (will fit MR2 and Celica All-trac), to provide near to stock turbo spool, while allowing 300+ rear wheel horsepower to be achieved at 20PSI or less (with supporting modifications). The kit includes a manifold adapter, which is CNC machined from a solid steel billet and bolts to the stock manifold to retain OEM reliability. The other components include a full 3" mandrel bend down pipe with integrated 1.75" diameter wastegate dump tube, with it's own flex section, a Tial 38mm external wastegate,and all lines, gaskets, and mounting hardware needed to install the kit. What's included:

  • Full 3" downpipe with V band clamp and integrated 1.75” wastegate dump tube (with it’s own flex section)
  • Wideband O2 Port and Plug
  • Downpipe support bracket
  • Precision 40mm wastegate, Tial Sport 38mm wastegate, Precision 46mm wastegate, or Tial 44mm wastegate
  • CNC machined steel manifold adapter, with integrated external wastegate port/mount.
  • -4AN oil feed line
  • -12AN oil return line
  • Oil line adapter fittings for the block and oil pan
  • Heat shielding (for clutch slave lines)
  • Assorted hoses for connecting the wastegate to a manifold pressure source
  • Assorted hardware (nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, zip ties, etc.)
  • TO4E-46 compressor wheel with 50.8mm inducer in Polished T4 "E" housing (3" inlet, 2" outlet), with T3 Stage 3 Turbine wheel with 57mm exducer Or
  • TO4E-50 compressor wheel with 53.9mm inducer in Polished T4 "E" housing (3" inlet, 2" outlet), with T3 Stage 3 Turbine wheel with 57mm exducer Or
  • TO4E-57 compressor wheel with 56mm inducer in Polished T4 "E" housing (3" inlet, 2" outlet), with T3 Stage 3 Turbine wheel with 57mm exducer
  • All turbos come standard with 360 deg. thrust bearings to support higher boost loads

The adapter and down pipe are coated with the same 2000F ceramic thermal barrier coating that is on our CT26/CT20b down pipes.

*Note: This is not an emissions legal part.

*Note: 44mm or larger wategate recommended on very high flowing engines for better boost control -- typically race modified heads on built 2.2L or larger stroker engines.

*Note: .48 A/R turbine housings on the 50 or 57 trim turbos can lead to compressor surge on engines that flow more than stock, and some stock engines -- recommended on 46 trim turbos only.

*Note: If ordering the Gen 1, it is necessary to purchase a 2nd gen exhaust manifold for use with this kit (or custom manifold).

*Note: If ordering the Gen 4/5, it is necessary to purchase a 3rd gen exhaust manifold for use with this kit (or custom manifold).

*Note: Use of heat wrap on this or any ceramic coated part will void any warranty. Heat wrap causes an over-insulation on the outside of the pipe trapping too much heat in the metal itself making it brittle. Heat wrap also tends to trap moisture against the parts which can also lead to uneven heat distribution in the piece and lead to cracking. DO NOT USE HEAT WRAP WITH THIS PRODUCT.

*NOTE: The standard compressor and turbine housings included with these turbos are cast overseas in order to keep these kits as economical as possible, but we can provide Genuine Garrett turbine housings for an additional fee - see turbine option below. The remainder of the turbos are all assembled with North American production parts. The compressor housings are all polished by default.
