Features:
• 1/4" Aluminum Bracket for mounting a bottom facing oil filter to original AC compressor location
• Made to work with Trans-Dapt filter mount part number 1028 (cast aluminum), Earl's 1118ERL (Billet Aluminum), or Summit Racing 120150i (Billet Aluminum). Can use a Wix 51515 or similar filter to increase filter capacity significantly. Customer will need to provide their own mounting hardware (3 bolts and nuts) for this option. The Billet mount brackets may require modification to the center mounting hole to line up with older versions of this bracket.
• Made to work with a spin on adapter in place of the original filter on a the Gen2 or 5SFE blocks. Compatible part numbers: Trans-Dapt 1013 (cast aluminum), Earl's 1118ERL, Canton Racing 22-595 low profile 90deg bolt on adapter.

*Note: There are two possible ways to weld the mounting bracket - bottom parallel to the ground (22 degrees from the engine block) for use with the OEM oil pans, or Normal to the block (sticking straight out) which puts the bottom of the bracket a 22 degree angle to the ground for use when the engine is equipped with a Moroso pan that kicks out under this area. Please let us know what oil pan you are using.
