This is the front of Dana Jensen's 91Turbo. I've installed the Russell Brake lines and the 93 spec caliper and powerslot rotor. Based on some calculations with the brake diameters, the 93 brakes have about 9% more holding torque than 91's. |
Here's a shot of the rear brakes on the same car. |
The completed install. Yellow goes good with that Steel Grey Mist color. |

Here is a 3" mandrel bent exhaust system I welded up for Marc Summers. The downpipe connection is 2.5" and I made a 2" taper section (approximately 7 degree taper) right off of that flange to 3". All the rest of the pipe is mandrel and will be coated with ceramic high temperature coating. |
Here is another shot of Marc's exhaust. You can see the stainless flex connection and the Hooker Maximum Flow muffler. The hangers for the exhaust were made from 1/8" steel bar stock and bent around the pipe then welded to maximize welding surface area. The blue discoloration of the pipes is due to the fact that it had been run on the car before this picture was taken. |
Here is the system after it has received a 2000 degree ceramic thermal barrier coating. This coating will provide excellent protection for other components against heat while making the exhaust impervious to corrosion. |

Here is a 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust system I welded up for Greg Rubin. The system was fabricated to include 4 tips per Greg's request. This shot shows the rear of Greg's car with the system installed. |
Here is a rear 3/4 view of Greg's car with the Custom DME 4 tips system installed. I am looking at making an exhaust similar to this for production (though with two tips) some time around April. |
Here is a look at the system installed on Greg's Car. The pipes and welds were painted with a high temperature silver paint. The mufflers are Magnaflow high performance 6" round mufflers and the tips were Pilot 3.5" stainless steel tips. There are more pictures in the photo gallery. |

Here is a shot of Scott Perez's HKS TD05 turbo mounted to the manifold. Mounting the turbo adapter required the modification of a socket to fit into the small holes in the adapter plate where it fastened to the stock manifold. The red wastegate actuator mount was severely reworked as it didn't allow for clearance to the transmission (by about .25") in its as received form. |
Here is Scott's engine bay without the turbo. At this time we had just mounted the oil pressure line and removed the cat mounting stays and stock oil lines. I custom made a downpipe for this turbo setup. |
This is a picture of the turbo installed in the car. You can see the custom bent cooling lines I made for the turbo, and the small brass fitting plugging the hole tapped into the manifold for a future EGT probe. More pictures are in the photo gallery. |

Here is a poor Apexi GT spec exhaust that was the victim of a car accident. The owner asked me to repair this damage to avoid having to purchase a complete new exhaust. |
The damage was not only limited to the tip. The muffler itself was dented at the inlet such that the pipes no longer lined up at the cross member. |
Here you can see the tip after I repaired it and repolished it. The tip didn't come out perfect, but will good enough to mount on the car without attracting extra notice. The owner doesn't have the noise reducing tip insert, so that wasn't a concern. |
